To provide a refinancing opportunity to an existing mortgage customer through the web.

Solution Implemented
Z&A executed the project by developing a back end system to accept applications for refinancing, validating the qualifications for refinancing using existing data. This system allows an existing mortgage account holder to apply for refinancing through their existing website for mortgage management. The front end was developed to allow the user to apply for refinancing by capturing all the relevant data from the applicant. If the application was accepted, it was sent to the Sales Manager, then forwarded to the respective Sales Representative. The system further tracked the refinancing approval process and allowed the applicant to check on the status and cancel the application at any time. The system also presented an online calculator for the account holder to see the advantages/disadvantages for refinancing.
