Client Requirement
GMAC Commercial Mortgage needed a web package that could enable their customers to send their queries, comments, feedback about the services and products provided by them to the appropriate departments. The information requested would belong to any of the various services like investor portfolio, current loan information, new loan origination, human resources and dealer services/revolving line of credit information.

Solution Implemented
The front-end was designed in HTML and JavaScript was used for client side form validations. For each type of service/product, a separate form was provided to get the necessary customer inputs. The server side ASP program received input; the data received was formatted into an email and sent to the appropriate authorities for further processing. The customer was sent a confirmation note.
